However, we need to be honest in that our premiums rarely can compete with the Direct and Online Insurers for
Motor Insurance. We don’t do Cheap!

For some Motor insurance is seen as a necessary evil as it is compulsory in the UK under the Road Traffic Act. For that
reason we find a lot people want the cheapest deal.

Comparison sites can be a useful tool but you still need to check that you get the same price that was offered for the cover you originally asked them to provide. Often they are not the same and to resolve it you have to attempt to speak with the ‘Direct’ or ‘Online’ Insurer.
We understand that buying ‘Direct’ or ‘online’ is not for everyone – we also hate having to navigate telephone menu options, being on hold for evermore and then eventually speaking to a call centre agent who doesn’t really care about solving your problem.
